The panel / DB is inspected at every stage for quality assurance. Stage Inspection is done by quality control supervisor at the following stage

• Fabrication
  a) Visual Inspection of CRCA/GP sheet
  b) Dimension
  c) Thickness varification by burnier calieperse
  d) Welding check
  e) Final inspection of Enclosure before Painting
  
  
• Painting
  a) surface preparation before Painting
  b) Inspection after Painting
  
  
• Switch gear
  a) Visual Inspection of switchgear
  
  
• Final Testing

Tests are carried out on various component mounted on the panel/ DB as per relevant Indian Standard specifications. Panel with all component mounted and wired are subjected to following tests at our works in accordance with IS: 8623

A) Verification of wiring as per approved wiring diagram.
B) Mechanical operation test.
C) Insulation test on bus bar, power and control wiring circuit with 1000 V megger.
D) Electrical control interlock and sequential operation as per approved schematic wiring drawing
E) Dielectric tests as per 8.3.2. with high voltage tests at 2500 V for one minute
Representative of the purchaser has free access to our works with prior appointment to inspect expedite and witness shop test.
